Responsibilities:
Position Summary: The QA Systems & Apps analyst will work as both an individual contributor as well as supervise QA initiatives by working closely with end-user groups to ensure operational stability and that all software, hardware and associated documentation meet the practical needs of the company. Responsibilities include ensuring that QA methodologies are implemented consistently and appropriately practiced across the entire organization. The QA Lead Systems Analyst identifies defects in deliverables, across the project life cycle, prior to deployment in order to deliver a quality product to our customer. Essential Job Functions: • Identify, streamline and improve QA and SDLC processes. Assist in the creation of Departmental quality standards, policies, procedures, templates and reference library • Track defects by identifying, dating, documenting and resolving the defect found and determining trend analysis while developing mitigation strategies. • Manage activities associated with resolving problems, analyze results, determine corrective actions and report results to appropriate parties. • Administer use of test plans and testing tools, analyze test results and prepare status reports to monitor progress of activitie • Analyze test results and prepare reports to be presented to Senior Management for review

Requirements:
• Graduate degree • 3 +years + experience in QA role in software house • Ability to write standard documentation using established formats and establishing standards/templates where none exist. • Proven technical and problem solving skills • Ability to multi-task, adapt and operate effectively in a fast-paced testing environment with changing priorities. • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to work with all levels of staff and management. • Experience in designing, developing and implementing test methodologies. Strong QA methodology, process and technical leadership. • Experience in using JUnit would be an advantage • Experience in using Selenium would be an advantage

Responsibilities:
Position Summary: The manager of mobile applications oversees and takes responsibility for generating ideas, development and timely distribution of innovative games/applications for the global mass market in the Mobile and wireless space. This position requires prior experience in conceptualizing and managing software development projects and designing, developing applications for smartphone mobile devices such as IPhone, Android and Symbian. Experience in Web and other interactive technology development is a huge plus. Manager will be responsible for identifying new and exciting distribution platforms and revenue models. Essential Job Functions: • Managing application development through all phases of the project life cycle – idea inception to profitable timely distribution • Developing business plans as basis for applications to be developed & presenting for approval to Directors • Ensuring project success by creating and reviewing project plans, timelines, estimates, and requirements documents, and guiding staff to improvement and greater accuracy in these areas. • IT staff management, including staff development, performance evaluations, resource allocation and project scheduling. • Act as project manager of software development projects with responsibility for project planning and control. • Regular project status reporting to Directors. • Overseeing the team’s project portfolio planning and prioritization.

Requirements:
• 3+ years total experience in smartphone mobile application development • 4+ years experience managing direct reports, project staff and consultants • 5+ years of Internet / new media development experience with technologies such as Java, J2ME,RIM Framework, C++, Objective C • Experience in requirements gathering, use case development, determining business process flow and task mapping • A thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Rapid Application Development (RAD) • Outstanding inter-personal and communication skills in order to interface with various departments and management levels, make presentations to an internal audience, interact positively with upper management, and effectively manage a staff of 5+ direct reports • Excellent problem solving skills, and the ability to interact with all levels of technical and non-technical staff. • Experience in creating Documentation of technical systems, training users in complex topics, and operational procedures.
